Haven’t been on here in a couple months, I had to delete the whole app from my phone.
I recently found out I was pregnant, gained 10 pounds because I started eating normally again. Well, more than normally because the baby wanted me to eat EVERYTHING!
I had a miscarriage about 2 weeks ago. I guess my body just couldnt handle it. So here I sit, used to eating a lot and hoping to lose this “baby weight”.
Juice Fast today :)

So I’ve been sick for a few days now. And can’t exercise. No, not an excuse I literally can’t.
(Asthma+Bronchitis+Pneumonia risk=Sitting on my fatass.)
I should probably just fast until I’m better. But it’s either fast and get better slowly, or eat some and get healthy quicker.
Binged for about a week.
Gained 6 pounds.
FUCK healthy. My fatass needs to stop fucking eating.
Goddamn.
I’d give anything to be fitspo. And not live in my eating disordered head. Help?
Tip #1:
STOP eating dairy.
I’m not saying go vegan or anything but milk, cheese, butter, etc. are all extremely fattening! You will lose a TON of weight just by giving that up. Think about the fact that dairy is also in pretty much every dessert. Dessert=FAT. Tell your parents dairy has been upsetting your stomach lately. (I’m actually lactose intolerant.) and buy soy products!
